Warranty

All SuperLifts are warranted to the original purchaser for five years. The Winch is covered for one year

SuperLifts shall repair or replace, at their option, and for the warranty period, those parts returned to the factory freight-prepaid, which prove upon inspection to be defective.

This warranty does not extend to defects caused by: ordinary wear, abuse, misuse, overloading, improper installation, shipping damage, improper concrete floor, lack of required maintenance, or Act of God.

This warranty also does not cover parts needed for normal maintenance and wear parts, which include but are not limited to: cables, rollers, bearings, shafts and wheels/casters. On-site labor is not covered by this warranty.

SuperLifts shall not be liable for loss of use, inconvenience, lost time, commercial loss or other incidental or consequential damages.

This warranty is governed by the laws of the Country of Canada.

We will help handle warranties through the manufacturer, but in most cases, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow manufacturer’s warranty policy and go through their return or replacement procedures. If you push the buy button, you understand that SuperLift does not extend warranties other than that from the supplier or as stated. The signed Purchase Contract/Authorization form will act as the agreement of sale and your understanding of the process.

Duty, Customs, and Tariff fees on international orders are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds

If the item is in its original condition, we will accept returns within 30 days of receipt of the order if it is unopened and can be resold. Please e-mail or call for return authorization. We ask that your order number be recorded and put inside the box when returned along with a complete explanation. All refused shipments or returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return credits (for the purchase price only, not shipping) will be issued once the package is received at the dealer or SuperLifts warehouse.
